This project is composed of the creation of winemaking facilities, grape growing facilities and a sales area on a site already occupied by a shed. The architectural content has been to regroup the new program in a building identical to the original in terms of its volume. The latter conserves its function as storage space. A courtyard, created between the two buildings, organises the whole site, the functional distribution of the spaces and marks the entrance. The new building is constructed using an industrial system which deploys a metal structure whilst the winemaking facilities are built in monoblock brickwork. The gable ends are treated with translucent polycarbonate panels. The whole is covered by a tiled roof with insulating sandwich panels. The existing and the new-build are unified by the use of timber cladding to the facades.
