Situated on a slope, in front of the original buildings, this new storage facility is covered by a vegetalised roof which serves as an access platform for tractors and to the belvedere for visitors. The building, which houses the tasting room, office, laboratory and storage, is built in grey concrete. The whole benefits from the slope in order to organise the functions which use the effect of gravity necessary for winemaking whilst the fact that the building is ‘buried’ contributes to the thermal stability of the whole.
